Senja is Norway's second largest island and is situated in Troms county. The island has a varied nature ranging from jagged mountains that fall steeply into the sea, to the broad valleys. The coastline consists of large and small fjords, where you'll find a number of fishing villages and small communities.
Experiencing nature
The cabins is ideal starting point for those wishing to experience the lush countryside to the ocean. The adventures begin as early as the trip across the island towards Flakstadvåg, slump to the sea on the west coast, between steep mountains, can be an experience in itself.
Sea fishing
With us you will find facilities specially adapted for deep sea fishing, with boat hire, and a separate room where you can clean the fish, make fillets and put it in one of the freezers for storage.. Flakstadvåg lays in Selfjorden, where the opportunities for great catches are well arranged. Just outside, we find the ocean, wild and beautiful. The sea outside Senja is also known for the ability to fish for many fish species like big halibut, cod, pollock, redfish or catfish.
New boats 2019
In the 2019 season we have new boats for rent. In addition to our Rana530 we now have five new Kaasbøll boats for rent. Kaasboll 19 feet aluminium boat with 60 HP Suzuki. Lowrance HOOK-7 fishfinder and chartplotter.
Cabins
The cabins consists of separate units that fit best for groups of 2 - 6 people. Our cabins are fully equipped with own kitchen and bathroom, and maintains a good standard. We have our own service facilities with bath / WC and kitchen for campers / motor homes and tents people.
